Submit an Event
Do you have an event that:
- supports gender diversity in the transport industry; or
- features one of our Speaker Bureau members; or
- showcases the women leaders in the transport industry.
If so, you can submit a request to feature it on our events page through the online form below.
- Prior to submitting an event, please read our guidelines and note: all relevant information must be received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event; and
- We will endeavour to review and respond to all event submissions within 3 working days, however this timeline is not guaranteed.
- It is the responsibility of the event organisers, to ensure that the information provided is accurate, and they can answer any enquiries; and if your event is published and requires adjustment, please email changes to enquires@womenintransport.gov.au.
Event submissions guidelines
Please note, we will not share content that:
- does not embrace gender diversity
- is primarily about a commercial entity or business promotion, and or to promote products or services offered
- is not relevant to the transport industry and or to gender diversity
- contains offensive, racist or abusive material/event elements
- conflicts with National Women in Transport’s values and policies
- promotes political parties
- is a corporate or community activity with an administrative or governance focus (eg. AGM, member meetings, board meetings)
- is held at a venue that does not have relevant approvals and is not open to the public (eg private residence)
- is identified to be a fundraiser.
