Submit an Event

Do you have an event that:

  • supports gender diversity in the transport industry; or
  • features one of our Speaker Bureau members; or 
  • showcases the women leaders in the transport industry.
     

If so, you can submit a request to feature it on our events page through the online form below. 

  • Prior to submitting an event, please read our guidelines and note: all relevant information must be received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event; and 
  • We will endeavour to review and respond to all event submissions within 3 working days, however this timeline is not guaranteed.
  • It is the responsibility of the event organisers, to ensure that the information provided is accurate, and they can answer any enquiries; and if your event is published and requires adjustment, please email changes to enquires@womenintransport.gov.au.
     

Event submissions guidelines

Please note, we will not share content that:

  • does not embrace gender diversity  
  • is primarily about a commercial entity or business promotion, and or to promote products or services offered 
  • is not relevant to the transport industry and or to gender diversity  
  • contains offensive, racist or abusive material/event elements 
  • conflicts with National Women in Transport’s values and policies 
  • promotes political parties 
  • is a corporate or community activity with an administrative or governance focus (eg. AGM, member meetings, board meetings) 
  • is held at a venue that does not have relevant approvals and is not open to the public (eg private residence) 
  • is identified to be a fundraiser.
